Join us for a community bike ride in Middleton!

Monday, May 2, at 5:30pm
Riverside Park, Bridge Street, Middleton

We are celebrating the release of the Blue Route Hubs Project Active Transportation Network Plan report. Bicycle Nova Scotia’s Active Transportation Planner will present the plan to Middleton Town Council On Monday, May 2nd at 7pm. Before the council meeting, we invite you to join us for a celebratory bike ride around Middleton. We have done our best to select low-traffic routes through town so that as many people can feel comfortable participating as possible. The route will take us along streets rather than the trail. We will cycle for about 30 minutes, and the route is 4km in length. There will be a ride leader and a “sweep” at the back of the ride to ensure no one gets left behind.

We will begin and end at the Riverside Park parking lot on Bridge Street. Registration will begin at 5:00pm and we will depart for the ride at 5:30pm. The ride will take about 30 minutes and we will end back at Riverside Park.

You must pre-register using the link below and complete the online waiver form to participate in the ride. The event is free and open to everyone!
